Wahoo for the sun!

Im so excited that the cold weather is over! now we just have the april showers to get through! At our apartment complex there are a lot of dental students and one of my favorite things we do together are bbq's at the park! There is a park with a bunch of grills right in our complex so we can just walk a couple buildings down and meet up with everyone! it is so nice cause its fenced in and set behind the building so the kids can run around and play and its easy to keep an eye on them.

My friends Ali and jess. Ali is holding my emma and jess is holding her baby oliver. Jess is george's mom, Blakes good friend, and oliver is only two weeks older then emma! It is so fun to have kids the same age!

This is Mark, Tanner and Rich. We are sad because rich and his wife carley are moving to oregon soon cause rich is finished with school. the are our next door neighbors and we have become really good friends with them. Blake loves their little girl brynlie, she is only a few months younger then him and they get along so well! we will miss them soooo much!

Blake has two push carts and very large truck he can ride, but this is what he picks instead every time he wants to ride something! my goodness, he cracks me up!

Emma's Blessing

Emma was Blessed March 27, 2011. It was really nice because Tanner's parents came into town and then his mom stayed for the next week. Here are some pics of emma in her blessing dress. Her dress was made by a lady in our ward who makes and sells dresses for all kinds of occasions, including baby blessings. I fell in love with it the first time i saw it! The material is beautiful and thick with lots of detail. All the little pearls are real and were hand sewn by the woman who made it. i added the sweater because it was still cold here in march and her grandma jane bought her a pretty white bracelet and bow to match her dress.

I love the long cathedral blessing dresses, tanner was not as big of a fan, but i thought it was so beautiful! She was pretty sleepy after her big day!
