Barratt Family Christmas in Az

We got to Az on the 17th and Tanner's little sister Laura was getting married on the 18th, so we flew in just in time for all the hustle and bustle of a wedding. We got there in the morning, had a picnic in the park, got ready and went to a dance laura's new husband's, Aisea, family held. The next morning we were getting stuff ready for the reception and at 2pm they were married in the Az Temple. That evening there was a sit down dinner held for them that was absolutely beautiful. As soon as the wedding was over everyone started to get ready for christmas with only a few days left. Tanner was able to go to a suns basketball game, and shooting with his family and friends. I was able to go to the russian ballet of the nutcracker and get my nails and makeup done. Blake got to play with his cousins, go to the park, pond, and best of all play outside in the warm weather everyday. So, overall it was a good trip.

Here is Tanner and Blake getting ready to go to the wedding dinner.

We got to go to the train park and see all of the lights. we were going to ride the train, we had tickets and everything, but the line was so insanely long, worse then disney land in the summer, we decided to come back another time. Everyone there had already rode the train before so it wasn't a big deal.
Christmas morning at the Barratts! It was a big christmas this year totaling 15 people (this is only tanners siblings, their spouses, their kids, and his parents) Tom (dad), Jane (mom), Christian, Kara, brighton, ellie, tanner, me, blake, Laura, Aisea, Johnny, Elise, Jami, and Jack. I think this just blows my mind because my family is so much smaller then tanners. totally 7 people last time we were there:)
Blake slept pretty well while we were there but he picked one day to sleep in and it was christmas morning. Tanner finally had to go and wake him up cause everyone was waiting and we didn't want him to miss all the fun. Grandma got him some fun xmas pjs and he, again, had to stop after each toy so dad could put it together and he could play with it for a few minutes before moving to the next one.

It such a fun trip and it was so nice to see family again. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
